1. Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods — for an order delivered in several parcels, from the day you receive the last one.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires.

The quickest way is the “Withdraw from contract here” link at the foot of every page of the Shop: we confirm your withdrawal by email straight away. You can also tell us by email or post, for example using the model form below.

2. Returning the goods

After telling us you wish to cancel, please send the goods back to us without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest.

Unless we tell you otherwise, please send returns to: Str Scinteii nr 10, 470180, Livada, Romania.

Please return items in a resaleable condition where possible. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

3. Refunds

We refund using the same means of payment you used within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling; for an order paid in cash on delivery, by bank transfer to an account you give us. You pay no fees for the refund. We may wait until we have received the goods back, or proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. If you have any questions, email sioncreator77@gmail.com.

We refund the price you paid for the returned items and the standard (least expensive) delivery cost we offered. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earliest.

4. Return shipping costs

Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

5. Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, including:

• items made to your specification or clearly personalised
• goods that deteriorate or expire quickly
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• sealed audio, video or software that has been unsealed after delivery

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the EU legal guarantee of conformity: repair or replacement free of charge, or, if that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, a price reduction or a refund on terminating the contract. This is separate from, and in addition to, the 14-day right to cancel above.

7. Model withdrawal form

You can use the form below to tell us you are cancelling, but you do not have to: any clear statement, by email or by post, is enough.
